The Board of Trustees at POINT, along with POINT’s inclusive team of employees and volunteers from different operational areas, have crafted a strategy that spans from 2020 to 2023. This strategy acts as a guiding plan, harmonizing our actions with the previous strategy from 2015 to 2020, all aimed at enhancing our capacity to create a significant and positive impact on the lives of individuals impacted by natural calamities, conflicts, and impoverished circumstances.

In our ongoing strategy, the central areas of concentration for our strategic initiatives will include: Promoting social innovation:

POINT is evolving to become more innovative and efficient and to respond effectively to the new and emerging needs of the affected civilians.

Community engagement:

We seek to implement community engagement during the design and implementation of our interventions by forming and empowering community committees and specialized committees for women’s affairs and PwDs. This is to ensure that all intervention is built on a prioritized societal need.

Closer partnership:

We enhance the partnerships as complex vehicles for delivering practical solutions. POINT committed to working closely with partners; adding value to the work of the NGOs working with the civilians through working toward shared goals through a division of labor that all stakeholders agree on.

Better results:

With the support of our qualified team and staff and experts, we always seek to be more effective, transparent, and accountable, we deliver stronger results for those we serve.
