اختُتمت بنجاح سلسلة من تدريبات إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة ضمن استجابة فصل الشتاء، والتي استهدفت 100 من أصحاب الورش في منطقتي كفرتخاريم والباب. استمرت التدريبات على مدار 5 أيام مكثفة، بهدف تمكين أصحاب الورش من تطوير مهاراتهم الإدارية والمالية وتحسين فرص نجاح مشاريعهم واستدامتها بدعم وتمويل من صندوق التمويل الإنساني عبر الحدود لسوريا.![]()

📢 Conclusion of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management Trainings in Kafr Takharim and Al-Bab![]()
A series of SME management trainings has successfully concluded as part of the Winter Response project, targeting 100 business owners in Kafr Takharim and Al-Bab. The 5-day intensive training aimed to empower business owners by enhancing their administrative and financial skills and improving the sustainability and success of their projects. This activity was supported and funded by the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF).![]()

🔸 تنفيذ رمبات خاصة لتسهيل وصول الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة إلى المرافق العامة داخل المدارس.![]()
💡 لقد لاقت هذه الأعمال استحسانًا كبيرًا من قبل الطلاب والأهالي، لما لها من أثر مباشر في تحسين بيئة التعليم والحياة اليومية داخل المدينة.![]()

✨ As part of our ongoing efforts to promote early recovery and support local communities, POINT Organization, with the support and funding of the Syria cross border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF), has completed access improvement activities in markets and schools in Al-Bab, Kafr Takharim, and Armanaz. These activities included:![]()
🔹 Installing canopies to protect shops from sun, rain, and other weather conditions.![]()
🔹 Installing ramps to facilitate access for persons with disabilities to the markets.![]()
🔹 Lighting the streets to improve public safety and encourage commercial movement during the evening hours.![]()
The interventions also included:![]()
🔸 Installing solar energy systems in several schools to support the continuity of the educational process.![]()
🔸 Constructing special ramps to facilitate access for students with disabilities to public facilities within schools.![]()
💡 These activities were highly appreciated by students and residents due to their direct impact on improving the educational environment and daily life in the city.![]()

✨ Seventy young men and women from Azaz, Sajo, and Maareen have written a new beginning for themselves, transitioning from training to the workforce. They continue to hone their skills in unique and non-traditional professions carefully selected to meet the needs of the local market, making them highly valuable assets to their communities.![]()

الاستجابة الإنسانية في شمال غرب سورية![]()
A team from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Syria visited the implementation sites of our project in Al-Bab city, located in the Aleppo countryside in northwest #Syria. The project is implemented by POINT Organization with the support of the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (#SCHF).![]()
🔹 The project aims to support early recovery and enhance livelihoods through: • Facilitating access to the Novotieh Market in Al-Bab. ![]()
• Expanding winter related businesses in Al-Bab, which host cash-for-work laborers to support the sustainability of employment opportunities within the community.![]()
🔹 During the visit, the OCHA team met with beneficiaries, listened to their success stories and the challenges they faced on their journey toward improving their livelihoods, in order to assess the direct impact of the project on community needs.![]()

As part of enhancing the technical dialogue on livelihoods, POINT Organization, in collaboration with the Jaramana Youth Center in Damascus and IECD, organized an initiative aimed at building communication bridges between Syrian youth beneficiaries from both sides and promoting knowledge exchange and joint cooperation.![]()
📍 The highlight of the event: Hosting a group of beneficiaries from the Jaramana Youth Center in Idlib for a one-day intensive training program.![]()
🔹 The training focused on implementing community initiatives.![]()
🔹 Participants learned what community initiatives are and why they are important.![]()
