🔹 ضمن مساعي منظمة POINT لدعم التعافي المبكر وتعزيز الاقتصاد المحلي وتمكين القوى العاملة، اختتم 90 مستفيدًا برنامج التدريب المهني الذي نظمته المنظمة في مدينة بنش ، والذي تضمن مرحلتين رئيسيتين:![]()
🔹 مرحلة التلمذة المهنية: استمرت لشهر كامل، تعرّف خلالها المشاركون على الأساسيات الضرورية لمهنهم.![]()
🔹 مرحلة التدريب الوظيفي: امتدت لأربعة أشهر، حيث اكتسبوا مهارات متقدمة وأتاح لهم البرنامج التطبيق العملي المباشر في بيئة العمل.![]()
🌟 في نهاية هذا البرنامج، حقق المتدربون نقلة نوعية من العمالة نصف الماهرة إلى العمالة الماهرة، مما يوسع من فرصهم في سوق العمل ويهيئهم لمسار مهني ثابت ومستدام.![]()
هذا البرنامج ليس مجرد تدريب، بل هو نقطة تحول تتيح للمشاركين فرصًا عملية وتنمي قدراتهم بشكل حقيقي، ليضيفوا قيمة إلى المجتمع بمهاراتهم العالية وكفاءتهم المهنية![]()
🔹 As part of POINT Organization’s efforts to support early recovery, strengthen the local economy, and empower the workforce, 90 beneficiaries have successfully completed the vocational training program in Bennsh. This program consisted of two key phases:![]()
🔹 Apprenticeship Phase: A one-month introductory stage where participants learned the fundamental skills required for their professions.![]()
🔹 On-the-Job Training Phase: A four-month advanced training period that provided hands-on experience in real work environments.![]()
🌟 By the end of this program, participants transitioned from semi-skilled labor to skilled professionals, significantly improving their employment prospects and paving the way for a stable and sustainable career path.![]()

As part of our project to enhance safe access in Al-Bab city, Armanaz town, and Kafr Takharim town, we are working tirelessly to bring smiles to those who need our support the most! ✨ Through installing sunshades to provide protection, improving sidewalks, and adding handrails and ramps, we are opening doors of hope and making movement easier for everyone, especially women, girls, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).![]()

تتابع فرق إدارة وتنسيق المخيمات في منظمة نقطة POINT إجراء زيارات الدعم والمتابعة للفرق التطوعية التي تم تشكيلها سابقا ضمن 25 مخيم من مخيمات شمال غرب سوريا.

ضمن برنامج إدارة وتنسيق المخيمات وبناء قدرات النازحين داخلياً، قام فريق المدربين في منظمة POINT بإجراء تدريبات ميدانية عملية من خلال المناورات الحية لأعضاء فرق الأمن والسلامة التي تم تشكيلها مسبقا ضمن 25 مخيم من مخيمات شمال غرب سوريا.
